Feature Project - Centrepoint

On 20 May 2008 Wellington Capital & Property Works International, as joint venture partners, launched its new project, Centrepoint at North Lakes.

Centrepoint is a landmark mixed use retail, commercial and office accommodation development at North Lakes, due to commence in 2009.
